Lily Lou Olson, 73 passed away on December 31, 2020 at Bay Bluffs Care Facility in Harbor Springs, MI.
Lily lived a fulfilling life as a mother, sister, wife, and friend. She loved being outdoors, tending to her flower gardens, and especially enjoyed any time spent with family.
She was the daughter to the late Clarence and Viola Hughey originally of Boyne City, MI; and wife of the late Walter Olson.
Lily was the much loved mother of Mark (Virginia) Kolinske, Sue Ann (Ray) O'Neil, Allen (Chrissy) Kolinske; loving grandmother of Breann, Dominic, Ashley, Mason, Nick, Ren, Rave, Jessica (Chad), Justen, Gabe, and Megan; Great-grandmother of Sophia, Penelope, Hudson, Scarlett, Blaike, Keegen, and Ciara; dear sister of Suzanne Stepik, Nancy (Gordon) Temple, Kathey (Dan) Warner, Louise (Les) Bosma, Joanne (Doran) Stanley, Carole Hughey, Sue Hughey, Maxine Hughey, and the late Clarence Hughey Jr., Otto Hughey, John Hughey, Sally (Stephan) Gokee, and Dick Stepik; and aunt to many nieces and nephews that she adored.
You will be forever missed Lily Lou.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at Stone Funeral Home in Petoskey on January 17th from 2 to 4 p.m. Due to Covid requirements, a mask must be worn at all times and social distancing observed.
