Lillie Mae Waldon Ellis

Lillie Mae Waldon Ellis, 86, of Powder Springs, formerly of Griffin died Friday, August 5, 2022.

Born in Powder Springs, February 1, 1936, she was a daughter of Guy Maxwell and Gorgianna Arnold Waldon. She formerly owned and operated Lillie's Hair Reserve and had served as a Nurse at Kenneston Hospital.

Mrs. Ellis was a faithful member of Towaliga County Line Baptist Church where she and her husband served as Deacon and Deaconess and severed in many various positions of the church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Jack Ellis.

Surviving are many several nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services for Lillie Mae Waldon Ellis will be conducted Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at Towaliga County Line Baptist Church with Reverend Eddie Collier officiating. Burial will follow in Westwood Gardens.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Haisten McCullough Funeral Home.
