Lillian Axley (Tootie) joined her savior on May 10, 2022 at the young age of 94. She was born on May 28, 1927 in Eyota, MN to Clifford and Persis Burke and resided in Largo, FL for the last 50 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Laverne (Sonny), Dorothy, and Vernon (Bubby); her son Donald (Don) Axley; and loving husband John Axley. She is survived by her son William (Bill) Axley (Barbara); daughter Julie Pauley (Ronald); 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and dearest friend, Patsy Axley. She was an owner of Axley Brother's Sawmill, a wonderful mother, wife, and devout believer of Jesus Christ. She attended Crossroads Christian Church in Largo with her family for the last 50 Years. A funeral service for Lillian will be held Monday, May 23, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Crossroads Christian Church, 1645 Seminole Blvd, Largo, FL 33778. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774
