Lila Ketcham passed away peacefully on June 23, 2024. She was almost 94.
Born in Akron, Ohio, she was a 42-year resident of Easton. She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Kenneth Ketcham.
She is survived by her three children, Katie King of Florida, Kevin Ketcham of Ohio and Karen Ketcham of Arizona, as well as12 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Lila was a graduate of Akron University, before becoming a teacher. For ten years, she and her husband ran Easton's Tastee Freeze before retiring.
Lila was an avid gardener and loved her waterfront home and neighborhood. She loved to walk her dog, play Sudoku, read and travel.
She will be fondly remembered by her friends and neighbors and sorely missed by her family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Easton's Talbot Hospice Foundation.
