Lesley Hesson Anglin was called to her rest on June 24 at the age of 73 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Jane Hesson. She is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years, Robert, and their three children, Ashley Lechman, Robert Anglin (Giuliana), and Dana Marchlowitz (Paul). She is also survived by grandchildren Alec Anglin, Greyson Lechman and Berdy Marchlowitz as well as by brothers Clarkson Hesson (Glenda) and Robert Hesson, several in-laws, nieces and nephews.Born in New Brunswick, NJ, on March 16, 1949, Lesley moved to Florida with her family in 1965, graduating from Ft. Lauderdale High School. She completed her education at Stephens College in Missouri and returned to Ft. Lauderdale, eventually meeting and marrying Robert. Lesley always cherished her many friends, who became like family after 60 years living in South Florida.Lesley's family was the center of her life, and it was her unfailing mission to always be nearby, supportive and loving. She fulfilled in surpassing fashion the greatest of life's callings: motherhood. Her selfless spirit will forever abide in the hearts of all who loved her.A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 6 at 4:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Ft.
