Leona Elizabeth Watts Bloodworth, 86, of LaFayette passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Franklin Bloodworth; and parents, Leonard and Bonnie Watts; Brother, Ralph Watts, granddaughter-in-law, Brooke Cantrell Wilbanks.
Leona was employed by Lookout Mtn. Community Services as a transportation driver.
She is survived by her daughters, Gail Brumlow and Rhonda (Bobby) Mitchell and sons, Tim (Susan) Bloodworth, Terry (Jamie) Bloodworth; grandchildren, Chad Wilbanks, Timmy Bloodworth, Tiffany Kovacevich, March Mitchell, Jennifer Brumlow, Kyle Bloodworth, Tyler Bloodworth, Kelly Robinson, Jennifer Thomas and Drew Thomas; thirteen Great-Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 5 p.m. Monday, May 8, at the LaFayette City Cemetery with Tom Smith and Brad Thomas officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday prior to the graveside service from 2 PM to 4:30 PM.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home in LaFayette.
