Lawrence "Larry" Entress, age 75, of Janesville, WI passed away Friday, November 29th, 2024. He was born to Elton and Rozellen Entress on July 16th, 1949, in Janesville, Wisconsin. He married his high school sweetheart Karen (Stenslien) Entress on September 6th, 1969.
Larry worked for the City of Janesville, then at Seneca foods for many years. He was a dedicated fan of football and a lover of good food. Most importantly, he cherished his family and friends. His legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched with his warmth, kindness, and sense of humor.
Larry is survived by his wife Karen Entress, daughter Sarah Entress, sisters Lesley Hernandez, Jayne (Tim) Toth, brother-in-law Jim Stenslien, and nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and aunt Honey Lindley. He is preceded in death by his parents Elton and Rozellen Entress, mother-in-law Barbara Stenslien, father-in-law Verdel Stenslien, and brother-in-law Loren Stenslien.
The family will announce plans for a memorial gathering at a later time. In lieu of flowers, consider honoring Larry by sharing a meal with loved ones, cheering for your favorite football team, or extending a kindness to someone in need?just as Larry would have done.
