LaToya was born in Wilmington, DE to Norman H. Todd, Jr and Jackie Gould on June 27, 1982. She was affectionately known by her friends and family as "Toy." Toy received her education in the Appoquinimink School District and received her high school diploma from Middletown High School in 2001. She was currently attending Delaware Technical Community College, pursuing her nursing degree. Toy was employed with the State of Delaware for many years and was presently employed at W.L. GORE.She was a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and Godmother. Toy had a big heart for the ones she loved and knew how to light up a room with her smile and many jokes. She enjoyed traveling, exploring new scenery, fine dining, and family gatherings. Toy cherished the special relationship she shared with her grandmother, Betty and wouldn't change that for anything. She kept her grandmother smiling and in good spirits as well as anyone that knew her. The relationship she shared with her father proves that a daughter's first love is her father. Toy was a shining light of humor, wit, and laughs from the heart and soul. There are many people that we meet in our lives, but only very few will make a lasting impression on our minds and hearts.Toy was proceeded in death by her mother, Jackie Gould and her paternal grandfather, Norman H.
