Larry Dewayne Livingston, 78, of Middletown, MD passed away at Kline Hospice House, Mt. Airy on Sunday, October 6, 2024. Larry was born on August 15, 1946, to the late Arthur Livingston and Mildred Fulford Bowman in Indiana.
He was a long-distance truck driver most of his life and loved barbecuing with his family, soup picnics, cooking off his chuck wagon and going to tractor shows.
He leaves behind his wife of 44 years, Susan (Baker)) Livingston, sons Larry Livingston, Jr. and Dennis Livingston and his daughter Diane Livingston, all of Indiana; his brother Donnie Bowman and his wife Teri and sister Sandy Vest, all of Indiana; his stepson Thomas Stowers and his wife Kathy, of Middletown, grandsons Thomas Carlisle of Indiana and Wade Stowers of Middletown.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his stepfather Dempsey Bowman, brother Warren Bowman, and sister Karen Davis, all of Indiana.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Thompson Harman Funeral Home, 31 E. Main Street, Middletown, MD 21769. A Funeral Service will be held at Pleasant View Church of the Brethren, 6213 Picnic Woods Road, Jefferson on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Tim May will preside. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Middletown following the service.
