Larry Joe Hicks , lifelong resident of the Zionsville and Whitestown area, passed away on 22 December, 2019, after a brief illness. Larry was born in Snowflake, Arizona, to proud parents Joe Hicks and Vivian Hicks. After graduation from Zionsville High School he enjoyed three decades working side by side with his father Joe and brother Terry all around Boone County. An avid outdoorsman, Larry enjoyed gardening and camping with friends. He will be missed by them and his surviving brothers, Terry McDaniel of Indianapolis, and Greg and Kristi McDaniel of Jeffersonville. A Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm, 5 January, 2020, at Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care, 125 West Sycamore, Zionsville, Indiana. A brief service will follow.
