Lannie "Pug" Cordova, Sr. September 9, 1955 - July 8, 2022 Lannie "Pug" Cordova, Sr. was received by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, July 8, 2022. Born on September 9, 1955 to Clarence and Aura Cordova. Loving husband to Felecia for 23 years, whom he cherished and adored; brother to Rick (Robin), Terri (Andy), Gary (Carolyn), and Marc (Valerie). He was a father to Steven (Monica), Lannie Jr. (Veronica), Leah (Guillermo), Jackie (Kiana), Marissa (Jacob), Jenny (Will), Cecilia (David), and Lydia. Lannie "Pug" is survived by his grandchildren, Pam, Maya, Steven, Elijah, Caleb, Ariella, Eliana, Jax, Kalil, Kalia, Khloe, Kayanna, Khyree (Bobby), Malikai, Nakai'la, Makaio, Eva, and, Matteo, and treasured by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, near and far. Pug was a descendant of the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians and the Round Valley Tribe. He attended the Harvest Christian Center from 2003 to 2007, before transitioning to the Promise Center where he attended from 2007 until his passing. He loved playing the bass with the worship team and continued to play whenever he could, spending countless hours jamming in his man cave, lost in worship. Pug loved taking road trips in his truck with his wife, listening to love ballads, oldies, and worship music. He was a part of the Operator's Union Local 139 for over 20 years building numerous recreational parks throughout Sonoma County. He played many years of fast pitch softball and pitched many games in the Indian National tournaments throughout the reign. Pug never missed a sporting event when it came to his grandchildren. You could always find him on the sidelines of the football field, taking numerous videos, photos and then sharing them with anyone and everyone. Viewing will be held at Daniel's Chapel of the Roses, 1225 Sonoma Ave. on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Burial services will be held on Friday, July 22, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Santa Rosa Memorial Park with Chadwick King, and Jacob Pereida officiating. Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at The Promise Center, 1211 North Dutton Avenue, Santa Rosa. Chadwick King, and Jacob Pereida officiating.
