Kiyoki Shinomiya 48 of Franklin, IN. passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born in Beijing, China to Zhengqiu Yang and Chiaochiao Shinomiya. He married Huarong Li in 2008 in Yichang City, Hubei, China, she survives. He was a graduate of The University of Massachusetts where he received his Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering.
