Kenneth Norman Gay , 60 Sep 10, 1960 - Dec 3, 2020 Kenneth Norman Gay, 60, of Knoxville, MD passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020 in Hagerstown, MD.
Born September 10, 1960 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Norman Gay and Margaret Ann Louise Mills.
He was of the Christian faith.
Kenneth was an avid Orioles fan and loved to shoot pool and play fantasy football.
He is survived by four brothers, Donald Mills and April, Ronald Moats and wife, Amy; Allen Moats and wife, Tessa and Jerry Moats; brother-in-law, Terry Fraley, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Robert Moats, sister, Debbie Fraley and longtime companion, Betty Kesecker.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 7-9 pm.
