On January 13, 2018 Kelly Leonard Tippett beloved mother of Nicole Eltringham, Danny Tippett, Jr. and Austin Tippett; devoted daughter of Daniel Leonard and his wife Jane Leonard and the late Patricia Ward Leonard; sister of Daniel Leonard, Jr.; companion of Rhett Bloomquist. Friends may call at the family-owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26) on Friday, January 19 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 where services will be held on Saturday, January 20 at 10:30 AM.
