Kelly Gene Chapman, 87 of Morgantown, KY passed away October 31, 2023 at his residence. Kelly was a Junior College All American in Basketball at Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 2:00pm.
