Kathren Schierbaum Weaver age 71 of Loudon, passed away Friday, October 25, 2024, at her home with her family by her side. Kathren was married to her high school sweetheart, Mike for 53 years. She was a beautician for many years and also spent nearly 20 years as the office manager at Food City in Loudon. Kathren was a huge fan of the Tennessee Vols and of the Atlanta Braves. She enjoyed taking naps, playing BINGO, and traveling to casinos to play the slots. Kathren was soft hearted, especially to her grandchildren whom she adored.
Kathren is preceded in death by her father, Rosco Schierbaum; mother and step-father, Martha (Alsip) and Ervin Bright; brother, Michael Bright; sister, Janie Sebby; sister-in-law, Chris Weaver; and son-in-law, Matthew Brooks. She is survived by her husband and best friend, Mike Weaver; daughters, Crystal Bingham (Jimmey Wiggins), Amy (Brian) Johnson, and Jaye Brooks; son, Michael (Stephanie) Weaver; grandchildren, Taylor Weaver (Andrea) the first to make her a Grammy, Mason Jones (Pearl), Logan Brooks (Sydni), Hayden Bingham (Shelby), Brody Bingham (Tiffany), Katie Johnson, Laura Wiggins, Camron Weaver and Cade Weaver; great-grandchildren, Cash Ottis Brooks and Miley June Bingham; sister, Elaine (Kenny) Haycox; sister-in-law, Lori (Bill) Baumgarten; brother-in-law, Gary Weaver.
