SHAY - Karan A., of West Babylon, NY, on June 7, 2022, at the age of 77. Loving mother of Tara Shay (Reynard), Dennis Shay (Christine), and the late Timothy. Devoted longtime companion of the late Chuck Sotis. Cherished grandmother of Dakota, Skylar, Braeden and TimiAnn (Olliver); as well as the Sotis grandchildren, Daniela, Dominick, Cal, Luke, and Maddie. Beloved sister of Judy Hults and Lois York. Also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews. Visiting will be Friday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Overton Funeral Home Inc, 172 Main Street, Islip. A funeral service will be celebrated Saturday, 10am at Grace United Methodist Church, 515 South Wellwood Avenue, Lindenhurst.
