Justin Ray Hawbaker , 73 Jan 5, 1948 - Jun 27, 2021 Justin Ray Hawbaker, 73, of Greencastle, PA, passed away, Sunday, June 27, 2021, at the Meritus Medical Center.
Born Sunday, January 5, 1948 in Greencastle, PA, he was the son of the late Seth Miller Hawbaker and the late Cornelia Geraldine (Grove) Hawbaker.
Jug graduated from James Buchanan High School in 1965. He was employed with Grove Mfg., the Department of Navy in Mechanicsburg, PA and the Department of the Army at Ft. Ritchie. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife Susan Virginia Hawbaker; step daughter, HollyAn Fisher and husband Rusty of Greencastle, PA; step son, Scott Thomas VanKleeck and wife Tracey of Riverview, FL; daughter, Krystal Dawn Carbaugh and husband Robert of Mercersburg, PA; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Larry Hawbaker of Mercersburg, PA and Roger Hawbaker of Chambersburg, PA; two sisters, Linda Charlton of Knoxville, TN and Sandra Jane Manahan of Greencastle, PA.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Seth William Hawbaker and John Henry Hawbaker.
Memorial services will held at a later date.
Interment will be held privately with the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
