Julie Ann Verbanac, age 39, peacefully passed away on Saturday May 28, 2022 at Bethesda Hospital East in Boynton Beach, Florida. She was a loving mother, caring daughter, dear sister, cherished girlfriend, and a beacon of light to all that knew her.
A native Floridian, Julie was born on July 17, 1983 in West Palm Beach to Patricia Verbanac and Kurt Verbanac and graduated from Palm Beach Lakes High School in 2000. Through many adventures she found her way to a career in Real Estate as a Title Closer.
Julie cared deeply for her friends and family and always wanted to be in their lives. She had an ability to reach people in a deep and positive way and always lived her life to the fullest. In her spare time she enjoyed video games, the beach, puzzles, laughing, rainy days, her cats (Andy & Neko), word searches, comic conventions, painting, movies, lots of reading, trips to Disney, live music and dancing to the break of dawn. She also liked turtles.
She considered her greatest achievement the birth of her son, Kurt, whom will be loved by her eternally.
She is predeceased by her father, Kurt Verbanac, and her Maternal Grandparents, Patrick and Josephine Hogan. She is survived by her son, Kurt Hickman, her mother, Patricia Verbanac, her sister, Jennifer Verbanac, her Loving Partner, Erny Cantu, her Paternal Grandmother, Donna Bailey, and Paternal Grandfather Joseph Verbanac, and many other beloved family and friends who will miss her more than words can say.

Visitation services from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, June 6, 2022, to support each other and of course just chat, Julie would love that, she loved bringing people together.
Mass 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, to noon, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church on 345 S. Military Trail, WPB, FL 33415 just south of Gun Club Road on west side of the street.
Burial will be after the Mass, family and friends will process out for 1 p.m. at Queen of Peace Cemetery 10941 Southern Blvd. Royal Palm Beach, FL 3341
