Funeral services for Julia May Means, 102 year-old Rocky, Oklahoma resident, will be held in "The Chapel" of Lockstone Funeral Home, in Weatherford, Oklahoma, on December 12, 2020, 2:00 P.M. with Father Kelley Edwards officiating, under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home. Burial will be held Saturday, December 19, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at Lyford Evergreen Cemetery in Lyford, Texas, under the direction of Duddlesten Funeral Home.
Julia was born May 9, 1918, in Lyford, Texas to Charles and Mary Elizabeth (True) Palmer and passed away Monday, December 7, 2020, at Maple Lawn Manor in Hydro, Oklahoma.
Julia is survived by four sons, Allan Brem and wife, Susan of Houston, Texas, James Neece of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Steve Neece and wife, Diana of Weatherford, Oklahoma, and Brian Neece and wife, Debbi of Lowell, Arkansas; three daughters, Sharon Morris of Rocky, Oklahoma, Sandra Miller of Rocky, Oklahoma and Cenia Masterson and husband, Michael of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands, Allan Brem, Ernest Neece and Charles Means; one brother, Herman; five sisters, Ruth, Lila, Mary, Leona and Connie; two sons, David and Donnie; and one granddaughter, Summer.
