Our Beloved Judy Kaye Roberts [McCarley, Pierce] is Home. Judy went Home to her Lord and Savior Monday the 14th of March after a short Battle with Covid Pneumonia.
Judy was born to Ray and Oda Mae [Odie] McCarley July 27th 1948 in Durant Oklahoma, and raised in Sunray, Texas.
From an early age Judy's great Love was Her Lord. Baptised in the Sprit as a child, being in services, prayed for and anointed by many Men of God - Lester Sumrall, R. W. Shambach and many more. She was an anointed preacher, teacher, and loving friend to so many.
She had a love of all things beautiful and saw the best in all she touched. A career and love of fashion and couture was closely followed by her love of gardening. Working "in the dirt" enjoying what God made in His flowers and plants was a constant joy throughout her life.
Serving in various ministries, she was a past President of Ft Worth Prayer Fellowship, worked with Ft Worth Jail ministries, spoke at many Retreats and Revivals, her passion was touching lives with a testimony of the Saving, Healing Power of her Lord Jesus.
Judy is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years Michael, son Scot Pierce and wife Joy Pierce, stepdaughter Holly, stepson Aaron, as well as her sister Sue Duvall and husband Richard (Dick) Duvall, brother Wayne McCarley and wife Judy McCarley. Daughter in law Celine Roberts, grand children Grant, Caroline, Jaden, Blake, Ellie, Max, Madeline, Ashlen, many more family members, and the precious friends that shared moments of her life and stood in the gap, praying for her during this time.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray & Odie McCarley, brother Jim McDaniel, stepson Sean Roberts, and stepdaughter Ginnie Mooneyham (Roberts).
Judy will be incredibly missed by all whom she touched, a bright and shining representative of the Light of Christ.
She lived a life before her Lord and Savior every moment, looking forward to see His Face and hear Him say - on Monday afternoon, "Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord." Matthew 25:23
