Judy Darlene Eaves Peterson, age 70 of Flower Mound passed away Friday January 15, 2021. She was born October 13, 1950 in Dallas TX to Rodger and Electa Eaves. Judy married the love of her life, Grady Peterson, on August 12, 1969. Judy is survived by her husband, Grady Peterson, daughters, Julie (Tony) Hinrichs, Robin (Doug) Barker and son Tim (Jessie) Peterson. Grandchildren Haley, Daisy (Javon), Jillian, Garrett, Collin and Jack. She is also survived by her sister, Donna (John) Curtis, and brother in laws, Kenneth (Cindy) Peterson and Don Carrigan as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents and sister Brenda Carrigan. Judy worked for LISD for 30 years and touched countless lives. She loved her dogs, traveling with Grady and friends, music, sewing and most of all, spending time with her grandkids and family. She was a wonderful wife, daughter, sister, mother, and Mimi and will be missed by all her family and friends. A service to celebrate Judy's life will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Old Hall Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In remembrance of Judy's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, pancan.org or the LISD education foundation at lisdef.com.
