Judy Brown

Ms. Judy Kay Potts Brown, age 60 of Gastonia, NC passed away on Saturday, November 25th, 2023 at Peak Resources in Gastonia, NC.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, November 29th, 2023 at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 1774 Filbert Hwy York, SC 29745. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the burial.

Judy was born on June 20th, 1963 in Gastonia, NC. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Potts, Jr. and Helen Goble Potts. She worked as a housekeeper for surrounding nursing homes and attended South Gastonia Church of God Church.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Deanna Brown; her son, Joey Camp and his wife, Katherine; her five grandchildren: Tyier Camp, Arielle Camp, Randy Palacios, Layton Camp, and Elijah Camp; and her siblings, Becky Potts and Donnie Goble (Olline). In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her brother, David Potts.
