Judy Benton was born on December 3, 1940 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Bill and Mona Hutcheson. She passed away on Saturday, August 6th in Dallas, TX.
Judy was born and raised in Monahans, Texas where her childhood was spent running free outside of her mother's restaurant, Hutch's Caf?, with her sister and dog. She idolized her brother, Jack, who taught her about life and how to shoot a gun. On March 9, 1967, Judy married Boyd Benton and was happily married for 49 years.

After retirement, she volunteered for the Midland Police Department and completed the Citizens Police Academy.
