Judy lived most of her life in Milwaukee and upon retirement, moved to the beautiful north woods area of Eagle River in 1998. She tried to live life to the fullest. Her wide and varied interests included: travel, especially abroad, reading, cooking, cross stitching, and making friends. One of her greatest talents was her ability to host a party. Fourth of July, Christmas Eve, St. Patrick's were all cherished holidays she loved to celebrate with family and friends. It was extremely fitting on her final day, surrounded by her children, she passed peacefully on her favorite holiday--New Year's Eve. She was an active volunteer in her community especially with the Girl Scouts, MFD Ladies Auxiliary, St. Gregory the Great and St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Churches. She delighted in being the Queen Mother of the Eagle River Red Hat Society. Her goals were to follow the Beatitudes and try to live a faith-centered life.
