Judith Charlotte Kepner July 7, 2022 in Sisters of Charity after a brief illness. Born February 11, 1941 in
Rochester, NY she was the daughter of the late Wilhelm and Charlotte (Hachenburg) Auer.
Judy attended Rochester Institute of Technology earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology. Judy
worked at Bausch and Laumb in the testing department, Port Heron Nursing Home as an aid, and North
Country Community Services in shelter workshops. She also held positions at Staff Builders as an aid and coordinator and Niagara County Child Welfare as a Caseworker. Judy also worked at Jeans Bar and Grill as a cleaner, was a TV Hostess at St. Mary's Hospital, worked the deli at Lakeside Market, did home health care, and ran a bed and breakfast in Wilson, NY. She also delivered the Penny Saver for a time and retired in 2002 from Niagara County Office for the Aging .
Judy met and married Paul L. Kepner in 1995 he passed September 11, 2021, also predeceasing is her brother William (Linda) Aver.
Judy was an integral part of Watch Wilson Grow and the Niagara County home delivered meals Program. She always felt the need to help the community and the people in it.
Surviving is step-son Douglas (Noel) Kepner, step-daughter Debra (Nate) Stephenson, and grandchildren Drew and Reese Kepner, Justin, Jordan and Jacob Stephenson.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday July 13, 2022 from 5 - 7 in the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home 270 Young Street Wilson. Hamiltonclarkonline.com
