CONROE FUNERAL DIRECTORS
Judith Margaret Crone Langston passed away peacefully August 7, 2024, just shy of her 80th birthday. She was surrounded by her world, her children. She was born August 20, 1944, to Glen William Crone, Sr. and Marguerite Reed Crone in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Judy, affectionately known as "Nana", is survived by her three children, Kimberly Grimes and husband Lynn, Sheila Langston and Larry Langston and wife Christine: seven grandchildren, Jay Hebert and wife Erica and daughter Audrey, Cody Grimes, Adrienne Tallina and husband Cody, Kelly Gatlin and husband David, Cole Langston, Ben Langston, and Beau Langston, and her sisters and brothers.
In 1964, Judy married her high school sweetheart, Franklin Loyd Langston. Together they built a life they were proud of.
Judy was a very hard worker and spent many years in the air freight forwarding business before her and Frank opened their own successful delivery service in Houston.
Judy will be remembered for the love she had for her family and her warm hugs. She made the best biscuits and gravy and could mend anything you brought her. She loved Vince Gill and listening to tapes of Uncle Steve singing. But mostly, longed for the day to be reunited with Dad.
