was born in Bristol, Florida on July 16, 1944. She was born to W.J. & Mittie Woodham and moved to Dade City in 1968. She was married to George Marshall Sr for 53 years. She was a dedicated member of the Lacoochee Church of God, now known as Lifestyle Church of God. She taught Sunday School for well over thirty years and a longtime time volunteer working in Vacation Bible School. She loved to sew, spend time in her garden, and was an amazing cook. She always enjoyed loaning her cooking skills to help out with the church chicken dinner and fruit cake fundraisers. She always tried to put God first in her life and then her family came next; and nothing pleased her more than spending time with her family. Juanita has 3 children: George E. Marshall II, Danita Balderstone and her husband Chuck, Andria Heinz and her husband Robert; 5 grandchildren: Michael Hernandez, Nicholas Hernandez, Sophia Heinz, Jessica Balderstone and Christopher Balderstone; 2 brothers: Tom Woodham and his wife Jeanette, William Woodham and his wife Margie; 1 sister: Mary Jane Dawson; 3 sisters-in-law: Elfriede Woodham, Sena Woodham, Neva Marshall; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband George Marshall Sr and a granddaughter Julianna Heinz. Funeral services will be held 11am Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the Bristol Pentecostal Holiness Church at 12413 N.W. Soloman Street, Bristol, FL 32321, burial will follow at the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Blountstown, FL. The family will receive friends for viewing from 5-7pm Thursday evening, July 7, 2022 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City (11441 Hwy 301, Dade City, FL 33525) and again on Saturday morning, one hour prior to service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, if anyone would like, she requested donations to either the Down Syndrome Foundation of Florida (P.O. Box 533462 Orlando, FL 32853-3462), The Gideon's International (P.O. Box 97251 Washington, DC 20090-7251), or to Gulfside Regional Hospice (2061 Collier Parkway, Land O'Lakes, FL 34639).
