Juanita (Nita) Carter Broschat April 18, 1928 - August 20, 2018.
Nita was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Crawford Long School of Nursing in 1952. She served families both in hospital and private duty. She retired from nursing and owned a consignment store for women's apparel in Norcross, GA. She was active in the Norcross Woman's Club and served on the Executive Board. As President of the Club she was a mover and shaker. Nita was very community oriented and had many friends who filled her life with passion and happiness. Nita is a Life Master of bridge and was very conscientious to attend matches to help her friends earn points towards their Life Mastery. We are ever so grateful for each of her care giving angels who administered loving and compassionate care. She is survived by her daughter Leigh Virginia Broschat, and cousins Ray Dollar, David Dollar, Dan Dollar and Donald Dollar. Her husband Milton R. Broschat and her Mother Nelle Lee Hornsby preceded her in death.
The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, August 2,6 2018 at 2:00pm at Northside Chapel on 12050 Crabapple Rd in Roswell, GA 30075. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:15-2pm. Interment to follow service at White Chapel Memorial Gardens at 1832 Pleasant Hill Rd., Duluth, GA 30096.
