Joyce C. Walsh, 80, of Manchester, NH, died October 14, 2021, at Parkland Medical Center, Derry, after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester, NH on July 23, 1941, she was the daughter of Irene (Camelback) O'Brien, and her husband, Richard "Red" O'Brien. She was raised in Manchester and resided in Londonderry for twenty years before returning to the Queen City.
Joyce graduated from Saint Joseph High School for Girls, Class of 1959.
She owned and operated Tire Service Center, Inc. with her husband, for thirty-eight years.
Joyce will be remembered for her sparkling personality, selflessness, and forthcomingness. She enjoyed trips to the beach. A devoted wife, loving mother, doting grandmother, adoring great-grandmother, and kind friend, Joyce will be deeply missed by all who had the honor to know her.
She was predeceased by her husband of fifty-three years, Charles "Chuck" Walsh. He died June 17, 2019.
Family members include her son, Christopher Walsh of Londonderry; two daughters, Tracey Pinault and her husband, Jerry, and Kimberly Dumont, all of Manchester; four grandchildren, Matthew, Riley, Sydney, and Krissy; and four great-grandchildren.
Services: Calling hours are Friday, October 22, 2021, from 4 to 6 PM at Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union Street, Manchester, NH.
A funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 6 PM.
Burial will take place in New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, at a later date.
