Joyce Frances Struczewski of Lake Wales passed away Monday, June 13, 2022 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale. She was born January 24, 1944 in Albion, New York to the late Stanley and Lillian Majeski; she moved to Lake Wales from North Chili, New York in 1996. Joyce was a International Logistics Specialist for Kodak Corporation then worked for Disney for 15 years before retiring. She was a member of Saint Matthews Catholic Church in Winter Haven and of the North Chili Volunteer Firefighters Department Auxiliary. Joyce enjoyed reading, traveling, and tending to her yard and flower garden. Joyce was preceded in death by her brother, David Majeski. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Edward "Ski" Struczewski; son, Mark Struczewski and wife Michelle of Houston, Texas; sister, Beverly Natkin and husband Theodore of Rochester, New York; nieces and nephews, Michael Natkin, Jimmy Natkin, and Kathy Natkin; sisters-in-law, Rosemarie Murrell of Rochester, New York, Laurie Vullo of Punta Gorda, and Diane Barnes of Webster, New York; grandchildren, Rebekah Struczewski Wilson, and Hannah Noelle Struczewski; great-granddaughter, Stella Wilson. A memorial service will be held at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Doorland Loomis officiating on Monday June 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM. A burial mass will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at Saint Matthews Catholic Church in Winter Haven. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor can be made to the Alzheimer's Associations (www.alz.org).
