Joyce A. Roudebush, 82, passed away April 6, 2020 at Otterbein Franklin SeniorLife Community. She was a longtime resident of Franklin.
Joyce was born on April 20, 1937 in Indianapolis to Luther and Mildred (Brown) Culbert. She married Larry Roudebush in December of 1979. He preceded her in passing in 2003. She is survived by her daughters, Julie Axe (Steve) of Franklin, Indiana and Michele Adams of Kennesaw, Georgia; grandchildren, Skye McManus (Scott) of Austin, Texas, Tess Williams (Curt) of Franklin, Indiana, Seth Axe of Franklin, Indiana, Jake Adams of Kennesaw, Georgia, and Tony Adams of Kennesaw, Georgia; and 3 great-grandchildren. Joyce is preceded in passing by her parents and her husband Larry.
She graduated from Bloomington High School in 1950.
Joyce worked as a laboratory secretary at Johnson Memorial Hospital in the 1960's. Until the fall of 2019, she worked as a secretary at Bob's Auto Sales for several years.
She was a member of the Franklin Elks Lodge #2136 and the Franklin American Legion Post 205. Joyce enjoyed watching the Indianapolis Colts. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
