Josephine Przewozniak, 92, of New Britain, passed away on Monday, April 5th 2021. Born in Poland, she was the daughter of the late Leon and Rosalia Jurgowski. She was a long time New Britain resident and faithful parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. Josephine was an assembler at the Skinner-Chuck Co. for many years. She was a soft-spoken but strong woman who overcame much adversity before moving to America. Her family was very important to her throughout her years and she absolutely adored her grandchildren. She leaves her son Henry J. Przewozniak of New Britain; her daughters, Diane Terlaga and her husband Stephen of Oxford, and Helen Przewozniak of New Britain. She also leaves her two beloved granddaughters, Christine Przewozniak and Ariana Terlaga. A Mass of Christian burial will take place directly at Sacred Heart Church, 158 Broad St. New Britain, on Friday April 9th at 10:00 a.m. Masks and appropriate social distancing practices are required.
