Josephine Granlund, 85, of Anderson, IN, formerly of Port Charlotte, FL, passed away on November 10, 2021, in Anderson, IN. She was born on October 20, 1936, in Lafayette, IN, the daughter of Oakley and Mary Ellen Collyer Woods.
Josephine loved gardening, walking, the beach, and was an avid reader. She also loved spending time with her dog "Rocky".
In previous years she did custom upholstery work and then owned the commercial janitorial company G.E.O. Maintenance Services, Inc.
She was preceded in death by her parents and James Granlund.
Josephine is the loving mother of three children, Cherie Granlund (Dave), Anderson, IN, Todd Granlund (Trena), Plainfield, IL, and Richard Granlund (Candi), Indianapolis, IN; her brother, Bill Woods, Acadia, FL; her sister, Rosemary Hooker (Robert), Seymour, IN; her grandchildren, Tony, Steve, Scott, Tricia, Tyler, Elise, Connor, and Laurel; her great-grandchildren, Audree, Ayva, Caden, Brooklyn, Elie, and Emma; and her great-grandson, Jonah Andrew.
A memorial service is scheduled for a later date.
