Funeral Service for Joseph McClellan, Sr. will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 28, 2021 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. A time for visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 27, 2021. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marshall, Texas.
