Joseph "Joe" Hubalek Jr., 64, passed away on September 25, 2020. Joe was born in Victoria on October 2, 1955 to the late Bertha "Betty" Matejicek Hubalek and Joseph J. Hubalek Sr. Joe enjoyed working, fishing, hunting and playing dominoes and spades with his friends. He was a member of Six Mile Assembly of God Church.
Joe is survived by his wife, Brenda Faye Blackmon Hubalek of Inez; daughters, Michelle Blankenship (Robert) of La Salle, Sara Mills of Inez; grandchildren, Ray Mills, Wesley Blankenship, LeeAnn Levingston (Shawn), Candace Mills and great-grandchildren, Rayven Mills, Gage Mills, Lily Mills, Jade Blankenship and Jewel Levingston.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Edward Hubalek.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 9-11 am at Six Mile Assembly of God. Funeral services are to immediately follow at 11 am.
A meal will be held at the church from 12-1:30 pm following the funeral service.
A graveside will be Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 2 pm at The Hubalek Family Cemetery in Inez, TX.
Pallbearers are Ray Mills, Wesley Blankenship, Neal Matejicek, David Hernandez, Ryan Damborsky and Lee Gabrysch.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Six Mile Assembly of God.
