Joseph Sydney Caudill, age 79, died suddenly Monday, February 5th, 2024 of congestive heart failure at Denver Health Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Clare E. Doll, a high school math teacher for over 30 years and a member of the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church parish in Denver, CO. Joe is predeceased by his son, Read Scott Caudill, a painter by trade in southeast FL, his father, Dennis D. Caudill, a school principal at Lake Worth High School, in Palm Beach County and his mother, Vivian A. Shepard, a social worker and Director of the PBC Welfare Department. Joe had a unique perspective on life. He perceived angles that others did not, often with humor and creativity. He was a problem solver, always willing to help. His presence will be sorely missed.
