His faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he faithfully served as both a deacon and Sunday School teacher. A dedicated educator, Billy devoted over 37 years of his life to the Aiken County School District, where he served in various roles from teacher to principal. Billy had a passion and commitment to nurturing young minds and left a lasting impact on countless students and colleagues. In addition to his professional and spiritual commitments, Billy had a love for cars and was a member of the GaSCar Antique Car Club. Above all, Billy was a beloved family man and friend. His warmth and generosity will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
In addition to his parents, Harold Belton Sr. and Thelma Williams Peacock, Billy is preceded in death by his brother, Harold B. Peacock Jr. and brother-in law, Ralph S. Kennedy.

Brisson; son-in law Jim Brisson; sisters-in-law Carolyn Peacock and Martha Kennedy; Coco Chanel and Rory, his constant four-legged companions; and countless other family members and friends.
