Joseph Beach , 82 Apr 15, 1938 - Apr 28, 2020 Falling Waters, WV - Joseph Beach, 82, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville, WV.
He was born on April 15, 1938 in New Castle, PA to the late Russel and Catherine Phillips Beach.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Jean Beach in 2004.
He was employed by Mack Trucks, Inc. of Hagerstown, MD until his retirement.
Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Hagerstown, MD.
He was also a member of Elks Lodge #378 Hagerstown, MD; Medairy Lodge #140 AF&AM of Williamsport, MD; Tall Cedars Forest No. 95 of Hagerstown, MD; Life member of Amvets Post #10 of Hagerstown, MD; Dixon-Troxell American Legion Post #211 of Funkstown, MD; UAW Local #171; Life member of Conococheague Tribe #84 IORM of Williamsport, MD.
He is survived by his wife of 8 years Virginia Ann Beach; son Russel J. Beach of Falling Waters, WV; granddaughter Catherine "Lexi" Beach of Falling Waters, WV; grandson Cameron Beach of Falling Waters, WV; step children Danny Smith of Falling Waters, WV and Eelice Gantz of Mercersburg, PA.
He was the last of his siblings.
Family and friends may pay their respects to Joseph on Monday, May 4, 2020 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague S. Williamsport, MD.
Burial will be private.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
