Jonathan Brad Taylor, 48 of Martinsburg, lost his battle with cancer on June 21, 2024 at home surrounded by his loved ones.
Born on May 11, 1976 in Martinsburg, he was the son of Betty Taylor and the late Dennis Wayne Taylor, Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Stacey Taylor; three children: Rylee Taylor, Heather Sheffler and her daughter (granddaughter) Ma'leaha, and Shawn Sheffler, and his bonus daughter, Hunter Stroop; his faithful dog, Bailey; his adopted father, Glen Moses Miller, Sr.; his brother, Richard Taylor; brother and sister in-law, Rick and Roxann (Boo Boo) Maples; close nephew, Grayson Maples; his best friend, Elwood (Yackie) Conley, and his wife, Brenda; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and his in-laws, Georgie Foster and Pete and Darla Springer and Nathan and Scottie Springer.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Kevin Taylor and Dennis Taylor Jr.; and his adopted mother, Darlene Kay Miller.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 5-8pm at Rosedale Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
