John J. Resetar, 63, of Kingston, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born July 24, 1958, in Carbondale, a son of Florence Jakon Resetar and the late Peter Resetar. He was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School and was employed as a landscaper for 35 years.
John was a Pittsburgh Steelers and Notre Dame fan.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Resetar.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife, Patricia Iorio Resetar; children, John Resetar Jr.; Nicole Resetar and her companion; Jared; Melissa Resetar; Patrick Resetar and his wife, Lauren; and Amanda Resetar; granddaughters, Abigail, Allie and McKenna; sister, Kim Resetar; brother, Jay Resetar; and nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, 568 Bennett Street, Luzerne.
