John C. Katsicoyannis went home to his heavenly family on October 8, 2022. Born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 1934, he married Maria, the love of his life. For 63 years they made a life in America, raising two devoted daughters and two loving grandsons. He embodied the spirit of hard work, enduring faith, and unconditional love. His work with Trans World Airlines (TWA) gave him the opportunity to travel the world and meet new people. He always embraced friends as family.
He is survived by his wife, Maria, daughters, Elena (Claude), and Emy (Tim), grandchildren Christopher (Nick), John (Daae), and Karyssa, sisters Tula and Lina, many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
We are heartbroken, but comforted in the knowledge that he is at peace.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
