"Chief Protagonist of the Milagro Beanfield War", activist, carpenter, plumber, friend, and father was called home to be with our only Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 2, 2021. Joe was born on November 3, 1936 to Francisco and Corina Cisneros and was the sixth of eleven children. Joe was known for his many talents with wood both as a carpenter and as an artist. He will be remembered for his creativity and ability to makes things work, but will also be remembered for his activism, creating friends and foes alike throughout his full life. Joe is proceeded in death by his parents Francisco and Corina Cisneros, Josie and Gilbert Gonzales (sister and brother-in-law), Rose Cisneros (sister-in-law), Frank Cisneros, Fabian and Presides Cisneros (brother and sister-in-law), Maria Cisneros (infant sister). He is survived by Mary Ann Casados (former wife), sons: Pastor Joseph (Dina) Cisneros, Pastor Larry (Catherine) Cisneros, Andrew Cisneros, and David Cisneros. He is survived by grandchildren Joshiagh and Abigail Cisneros; Larry, Jonathan, and Michael Cisneros; Brooke Cisneros; Bobby, Britney, and Diego. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Joe is also survived by siblings Stanley (Fabiola) Cisneros-Taos, Modesto Cisneros, Levi (Gail) Cisneros, Irene Cisneros (sister-in-law), Flavio Cisneros, Richard (Vickie) Cisneros, and Irene Cisneros all of Questa.
