Joanna Francis passed away at the age of 73 after a battle with cancer. She graduated from Kent State University and had been a teacher at Field Local Schools for over 30 years. Away from work she enjoyed golfing and traveling.
Joanna was preceded in death by her parents John Francis Sr. & Margaret (Dubinsky).
She is survived by her brother John J Francis Jr & Margaret (Huth); sister Helen Smucker, and nephews David Smucker, Darren Smucker, Brian Francis, John P Francis, Todd Francis & niece Christina Francis; and many great nephews & nieces.
