Jesse Travis Black born Aug 31, 1951, passed away Dec 18, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, and daughter. He leaves behind his beloved wife, sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Travis diligently served his country for 38 years across two military branches.
