He was a retired operator for over 30 years at Valley Belle (United Dairy) and a Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Surviving are his loving wife of 56 years, Sharon Louise Wentz; sons, Edward Wentz (Jordan) of St. Albans; daughter, Sheila Lollar (Ray) of Charleston; brother, Danny Wentz (Becky) of Charleston; grandchildren Jennifer Lollar, Nicholas Wentz, Hunter O'Connor, Elise Wentz and Ellie Wentz; great-grandson, Avery Lollar and special great-niece, Jessica Wentz.
