Jennifer Ann (Radford) Darling, 45, passed away unexpectedly at home in Woodstock, Vermont on June 14, 2021. She was born in Hanover, N.H. on August 23, 1975 to Ann (Lussier) and Richard B. Radford. She grew up in the Upper Valley, attended Lebanon schools and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1993. She studied financial management at Franklin Pierce University. In 2011 she married her best friend, Ryan Darling.
Jen had a strong work ethic throughout her life. For 25 years, she was employed by Banwell Architects in Lebanon, N.H., originally as an administrative assistant, then persistently pursuing professional development goals to become their office manager, excelling at multitasking as Banwell's public face, marketing manager and contracts coordinator. She grew into a strong, confident professional woman, who interacted candidly with everyone she met.
Jen was a fierce advocate for family, friends and animal welfare, and was devoted to her pugs, Max and Trevor. She put loving efforts into beautifying and maintaining the house and grounds of her Woodstock family home. One of her passions was swimming and kayaking in special area lakes as well as making restorative trips to the ocean. She dreamed of returning to Jamaica.
She is survived by her husband, Ryan Darling; mother, Ann Radford; brother, Richard A. Radford; uncle, Robert Lussier; cousins Cassie Horner and Tim Sink.
She was predeceased by her father, Richard B. Radford; maternal grandparents Earl and Martha Lussier; paternal grandparents, Henry and Maggie Radford and great aunt, Aubigne Horner.
Jen's spirit will be held in the hearts of her family, colleagues and friends, especially the Fab Five.
There will be no calling hours. Celebrations of Jen's life will be held in the future. Cabot Funeral Home in Woodstock is in charge of arrangements.
