Jeff was born in Chillicothe , Mo. moved with family to Las Cruces NM Oct. 1978 where he went to high school and New Mexico State University where he got a degree in Accounting. He married Margaret Shepherd a school teacher of Las Cruces,January 4,1997.He had one daughter Jordan and a son Thomas. Jeff lost his life while o n a hunting trip in the Gila National Forest November 14,2010.
