Jeffrey Butler Hoy of Oldsmar, passed away on Oct. 5, 2013. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Wendy, and large, much loved family. Jeff is survived by his wife, Wendy Carol Hoy, his three children, Kevin, Heather and Sean, his 2 bonus children, Jonathan and Caroline, and 12 grandchildren. Jeff's life will be celebrated at East Lake Woodlands Country Club 1 pm, Oct. 19.
