Jeffrey S. "Burk" Burkholder, 59, of Dillsburg, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday December 15, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. Born May 17, 1960 in Carlisle, he was a son of Phyllis A. (Bailey) Lebo and the late Donald Burkholder.
Burk was a dedicated employee and worked as a forklift operator for over 40 years with his last place of work at DHL. He was a member of the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing (Latimore) and was an avid racecar and NASCAR fan. Racing was his life's passion. He attended Williamsgrove Speedway, Lincoln Speedway and Silver Spring Speedway, where his heart was.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Todd Burkholder and wife Hieu, and Holly Gwozdecki and husband Michael; several aunts and uncles; and many extended family.
He was also predeceased by his stepfather, James W. Lebo.
Services will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.
